On November 20-21, 2019, IoT & AI World Summit EURASIA – the World Digital Summit on the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence in Eurasia – will be held in Almaty. The Summit is organized by the Redenex LLC with the support of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the National Agency for Project Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Nowadays digital transformation is increasingly covering global markets and the vast majority of industries. Cloud technologies, the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Blockchain contribute to the interaction between enterprises and customers, government and citizens, helps to reduce costs, increase profits, reduce risks and enter new business models. Digital technology, according to Accenture, will add 1.36 trillion dollars to GDP of the world’s leading economies by 2020.
The foremost countries in the digitization of national economies are China, Singapore, New Zealand, South Korea, and Denmark. A number of Central Asian countries have also published their national digital plans, such as Digital Kazakhstan, Digital Azerbaijan, the Taza Koom digital transformation program of Kyrgyzstan, but the current level of ICT infrastructure in many Central Asian countries still lags behind the global average.
At the second IoT & AI World Summit EURASIA summit, developers and experts from 25 countries will present leading projects and new digital technologies, solutions, and services for the development of the IoT ecosystem.

Key Summit Topics
One of the main themes of the program will be the Industry Practices track, where the experts from Central Asia, Europe and America will present their successful digital transformation projects in such aspects as Smart City, Digital Government, Industry 4.0, Digital Oil and Gas, Digital Corporations, Digital Energy.
The key focus will also be the topic on building the IoT & AI ecosystem, developing strategic partnerships and innovation infrastructure. Sessions on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Wireless ASP, Integrated Platforms, Applications, Services, Software and Components, Virtual and Augmented Reality, OEM&ODM Manufacturing.
Innovative solutions will be presented by startups in a special IOT & AI STARTUP TECH HUB stream. There will be thematic pitch sessions, speeches by visionaries, representatives of IT and technology parks, foundations and business corporations.

Results of 2018
The first Summit (formerly IoT World Summit Eurasia), held in Astana on June 14-15, 2018, with the support of the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Information and Communication, the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, became one of the largest events on this topic: participation of 499 industry representatives from fifteenth countries of the world – Great Britain, Belgium, Singapore, South Korea, China, India, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, etc. More than 35 practical cases from the field of the Internet of Things were presented.
In 2018, the largest international and Kazakh companies – Southern Water, India Glycols Ltd., KPMG, Huawei, Softline, Government of Seoul, AIFC, Beeline, Kazzinc, KazMunayGaz, Taiynsha Astyk, KozAgroKommerz, Almaty Development Center, AlmatyEnergoSbyt, Altynalmas, Astana Energy Service, KKS, Batys Transit, and others took part in the summit.
